About us
At Kitsu Coffee, we specialize in Colombian specialty coffee. Based in Tolima and explorers of the entire national coffee map, we hunt for unique microlots grown in extreme microclimates. We connect cultures, not just beans, bringing the farmer's story to the most demanding markets. We turn distance into flavor and traceability into trust.

Journal
"As the river purifies the pilgrim, the water purifies the coffee."

A pilgrim's path in Kumano, and a bag of Tolima coffee carried to the foot of the falls.

On the tatami, a Colombian coffee is served with the same care as tea.
A Colombian passport with a fox on its cover, under hanok roofs. Coffee crosses borders with its papers in order, too.
Between hanok walls, a bag of Tolima Gesha walks the last stretch of its road: the city where it will be roasted.

Coffee flowers become cherries. Cherries become a cup, far from where they grew.
A pour-over set on the rocks while the river runs past. Coffee asks for little more than water and time.
From Osaka to the Uji-bashi bridge, from Nachi to Seoul, we carry the farmer's story with every lot.
